Code of Ethics

“A better and brighter future can only be built using a strong moral compass and a passionate, generous heart.” Chrissy

Guiding Principles for Root & Wick Coaching:

As an Integrative Mental Health Coach, I will:

 •Use a hope-centered, trauma-informed approach that centers the unique needs of each client in the coaching session;

•Practice the healing power of “drugless” methodologies;

•Abide by the HIPAA Regulations and practice to do no harm;

•Maintain the highest standards of professional and personal conduct;

•Refuse to participate in unethical procedures;

•Promise to be aware of, and abide by, all state, federal and local laws;

•Be honest with my clients, offering the best products, services, and information possible;

•Consult other health care professionals when such consultation would benefit my client (with their permission);

•Not exceed my scope of practice, either in abilities or by law;

•Be up-to-date on all information I give my clients, and continue my education.
